Is this correct?
or "...to improve UX design of Acer’s product" ?

Question 2:
Is it formal to use "UX" instead of "User Experience" ?

Hi On Question 2, I'd say it really depends on who you are writing to If you are writing to a company that specialises in UX design, I think the abbreviation will work well If you were writing to an organisation that is not so familiar with that terminology, it is better to say it in full - I worked on the project to improve user experience on the phablet product Dave
