Resume

I've got a question regarding a resume.

Which formulation is better to use in a resume: "labour market", "job market"or "employment market"?

Does "labour market" mean only the market segment covering physical work (ex.: workers in factories) or it covers the whole job market?

Thank you in advance.

: workers in factories) or it covers the whole job market? The term is not restricted to physical work. It covers the whole mass employment market, I would say.

  • : workers in factories) or it covers the whole job market?
  • The term is not restricted to physical work.
  • It covers the whole mass employment market, I would say.
  • It might be perceived to exclude the highest echelons.
  • I would say that the term "labour" (in this sense) is used more often in political or economic contexts, whereas "job", say, is a more general-purpose word.
