Resume

I am preparing my resume and my question is should I use present tense or past tense for action verbs? Examples: administered, perfomed, reviewed.

I am employed and currently doing this duties.

Administered and oversaw the company's Worker Compensation and Safety; Illness and Injury Prevention Program
Performed various administrative tasks such as receiving, sorting, filling, reviewing, processing and responding to correspondence, such as memos, letters and acknowledgments to job applicants.
