  • Computer hardware diagnosing and troubleshooting
  • Helping the users with the software issues
  • Writing applications to improve office workers work (.NET, ASP.NET, C#)
  • SQL Server administration.

All of the points should be constructed in parallel, i.e.

Either:

software administration

hardware diagnosis

Or:

Administering software

Diagnosing hardware

Ok, how about this:

Computer scientist
  • User software administration
  • Network devices and server administration
  • Computer hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Helping the users with the software issues (I think "helping" here is better than "help"? Are the articles correct?)
  • Writing applications to improve

I changed point 4 into: Helping the users with the problems of IT nature.

All you did was change the 3rd one to match the first two – and I had already showed you that one. They ALL have to be nominalized.

When describing work experience in a CV, always use the PAST tense.

  • Developed user friendly software
  • Taught C++ to fellow students
  • Managed the fuzzle department
  • Oversaw the maintence program
  • Kept track of inventory
The only time you do not use the past tense is when you describe
