Restrictive or Non-restrictive Use

Hello everyone. I have a question.

I'm wondering if we should use a comma in a certain particular case like below. (I wrote four sentences to describe the same situation.) I assume that the speaker has recently bought a new house and is comparing it with his/her old residence. Could you please comment on each of the following four sentences? --

(A) Our new house is approximately three times as large as our old one which was built 30 years ago.

(B) Our new house is approximately three times as large as our old one, which was built 30 years ago.

(C) Our new house is approximately three times as large as our old one built 30 years ago.

(D) Our new house is approximately three times as large as our old one, built 30 years ago.
