Restrictive clauses:

I need help with the following sentence:

Between October 01, 2003 and October 31, 2003 we devalued 55 units which had a principal balance of $555,555.

In the above sentence, should there be a comma before the word "which" or is this a restrictive clause.

I appreciate any help you can give me.

I think You have to use comma after 2003 because that is a phrase. Oct 31, 2003, we And you don't need to put comma before WHICH because you need that information in that sentence. If your information is not essential then you need comma.
