Restrictive

1-She had her first child with Patrick two years ago.
2-She had her first child, with Patrick, two years ago.

Does "1" imply that she had other children before having her first child with Patrick?
----------
3-Jane talked to her sister in the Post Office .
4-Jane talked to her sister, in the Post Office.

Let's assume the sister in question works in the Post Office. Does "3" imply that she has more than one sister and one of them works in the Post Office? Does "4" imply that she has only one sister?

As unsystematic as it may appear to you, we usually just leave out all the commas even if there is some ambiguity. We saw a man on the hill with a telescope. CJ
