I think I am clear with the usage of 1 and 2 but the 3 is bit confusing for me.
Example.
(Alcohol is restricted for its bad effects.)
Its easy to understand the use of (for)
But here,
I am restricted for this place.
This place is restricted for me.
This medicine is restricted for every person who is suffering with high blood pressure.
Please explain the usage of" restrict for".

No, we don't use either of those. 'No Hunting' is what the sign says. Hunting is prohibited here.
