restrained yourself, forced to constrain/restrain

Why are you not coming on line on the Yahoo Messenger these days? Are you restrained yourself from using internet so that you can concentrate on your studies? OR "Are you forced to constrain/restrain from using internet"?

Please correct my sentences.

No, I meant "is that correct" because Mr. M. didn't make any corrections for that sentence in my original text. So, I assumed the sentence is correct and hence Mr. M. left it alone.

Usually if someone writes mutliple sentences with spaces between them, only the incorrect ones are addressed. In your case, you included it right along with the main sentence. Mr. M's version is the only one that is correct from your original.
