Iam only restrained to eat untimely but time is not a constrain to check the recipes whenever I feel like.

Iam only restrained to meet to her as often /untimely [as I feel] but time is not a constrain to speak to her whenever I feel like.

what is the meaning of untimely?

I believe "to constrain to" and "to restrain from" are opposites, so if you wish to replace one with the other, you'd have to modify the sentence.
