Restoring the server?

You're working for an IT firm. You have replaced an old server to a new one. But troubles happen with the new server, so you want to recover/set up the old server again.
Do you say this 'restoring the new server?' or 'Setting the new server back'? I can't find a good verb.

Thank you! I'm going to use that one without adding any.

If you would like more casual, informal language, say
eg We have to go back to the old server.
