Restaurant reservation

I work as a reservation representative at a hotel.
Guests ask me to reserve seats at nearby restaurants prior to arrival.

However, as our hotel policy, we do not make reservations for guests.
because they often do not show up even though they have reservations.

Could you please check if the following sentences are natural?
Are there any ways to make them more polite?

Thank you very much for you inquiry.
Unfortunately, we do not reserve nearby hotels for guests.

"we do not reserve nearby hotels for guests." does not seem quite right, but anyway does not seem to fit your explanation. Did you mean to say "we do not reserve seats at restaurants"? I don't see the need to say "nearby"; it doesn't seem important.

Typo: you have "you" instead of "your" in the first line.
