Restaurant hours

For a description of restaurant hours,
which usage is more common?
I would like to know if I should make days of the week plural by adding "s".

1)
Monday to Friday
[Dinner] 5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
[Dinner] 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

2)
Mondays to Fridays
[Dinner] 5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
