For a restaurant booking, which sentence is more natural?

1) Your reservation is confirmed in our system, as requested.
2) Your reservation is confirmed as requested in our system.

eg Your reservation is confirmed.

eg We confirm your reservation.

You don't want this word order unless the request was made inside the system. I don't think that's what you mean. I think you mean that the people you're talking to have requested the confirmation, and the confirmation is verified in the system. So you want the word order in sentence 1).
