I am writing this letter to have your attention about the poor services your employees provided for me last week.
On Monday I went to your restaurant to have a lunch and I was unsatisfied with the deneanor of the waiter. I ordered some beefsteak and I would like it to be well done. I have to wait in 30 minutes that they bring me my food without the explaination for my waiting. but the meet was rare and not was well done as I asked before. I required them to make it again but he ignored me and go away.
