Responsible for various aspects of work

Hi,

Question:
Is it sensible to say
"responsible for various aspects of work"
?

Sentence:
As a manager at ABC Ltd in the IT department, I am responsible for various aspects of work in the analysis team.
Example 1 ...
Example 2 ...

My opinion:
I know that it I should say "I am responsible for analysing data, responsible for handling enquiries".
However, I am not sure whether "responsible for various aspects of work" is correct or not.

Thanks

My problem is less with "responsible for various aspects of work" than with "in the analysis team."

Yes,

My friend suggests:

As a manager at ABC Ltd in the IT department, I am responsible for various aspects of the work of the analysis team.
