Responsibity for vs Accountability on

There is no accountability on the supplier to reprint the artwork.
There is no responsibility for the supplier to reprint the artwork.

Are the words accountability and responsibility used correctly and followed by the correct prepositions?

Would you say accountability and responsibility are synonomous in this sentence or in any case?

Thank you

I don't sense that the sentence with "accountability" is correct at all. The sentence with "responsibility" is correct, but it is rather weak to make it a "there is" sentence when you can make it much more direct. The supplier is not responsible for reprinting the artwork.
