Responsibility will be (passed) on you or your shoulders

(1) I can't watch over my grandparents next week. The responsibility will be on you.

(2) I can't watch over my grandparents next week. The responsibility will be passed on you.

(3) I can't watch over my grandparents next week. The responsibility will be on your shoulders.

(4) I can't watch over my grandparents next week. The responsibility will be passed on your shoulders.

I think all my sentences are grammatical. However, my non-native English speaking friends have found these mistakes.

(a) It's wrong to use "will be". It should be "is".

(b) It's wrong to say "passed on".

Do you agree with them? Thanks a lot.
