Hi!

I made a short paragraph below for my interview next week. Could you please check it out.

During the 1st week of class, it is important to discuss the ground rules so that students will understand what is and isn't acceptable behavior. These rules must be agreed upon by the students and that makes them responsible and accountable. When a student failed to follow, there will be a disciplinary action, such as doing more homework or paper work. This is I think more effective than any form of physical punishment or humiliating the student in front of the class
