We acknowledge receipt of your letter dated March 25, 2021, requesting an hour late to work.

Management has approved your request for an hour late, thus from 7:00 am to 8:00 am for a period of three (3) months starting from March 29, 2021, to June 28, 2021.

You will resume your normal working hours on Tuesday, June 28, 2021.
