Here is the questions that I received in email. Followed paragraph is my short answer. Please correct my grammars and give me a good way to answer the question.

- What is your GPA – overall, major?
- This is an unpaid internship – we cannot offer you a stipend for any related expenses – gas, other transportation, etc. is this something that would be an issue for you?
- We will begin our program on 6/13 – will you be able to begin on that day?
- This is a full-time program. Can you commit to a full-time schedule (approx. 40 hrs. per week)?
- What is your level of Excel proficiency on a scale from 1(beginner) – 10 (expert)?
7. Our company is a distributor (in addition to other fresh and packaged commodities) is this something that may be an issue for you?
8. Our company is located in South San Francisco, CA. If offered an internship here would this be a comfortable commute for you?
Hello,
1. I will be finished with my final by the end of this week. I’m available for an interview on Friday afternoon or anytime next week.
2. My overall GPA is 3.5 and my major GPA is 3.7
3. It will not be a problem for me if we can set up a flexible work schedule, because I have a part-time job at Ross as a sales associate.
4. I am able to begin as the program starts on June 13, 2011.
5. I can commit to a full time schedule.
6. I would rank myself an intermediate in a scale of (5) in Excel. Since, I have a lot of projects and accounting works that needed to be done using Excel in school, I am familiar with this program and I am confident that I am a quick learner in computer.
7. This is not an issue for me.
8. I have a car so commute would not be an issue for me.
