Response inquiry

I received a message from my advisor saying: either Monday or Tuesday would be good to meet.

Is my response correct:

Both days would work for me as well.

Both days work for me as well.

Are both of my sentences correct, with or without would?

Yes. However, I'd move "as well". Both days (would) work as well for me.

I see a difference between the two word orders :

Both days (would) work for me as well. = for me as well as for you.
Both days( would) work as well for me. = as well as each other.

I don't find the second very natural.
