Responds easy to misunderstand someone

When someone asks me a yes-no question, I usually respond in a unnatural way.

-You are not going to Lily's house, right?

I usually respond like this:

- yeah ( I am not going to )
- yup! ( I am not going to)

But the formal respond is:
No, I am not going to.

So I am here to ask that do my responds above misunderstand someone that I am going to Lily's house? ( it sounds yes though)

Thanks

Felixxx do my responds above misunderstand someone that I am going to Lily's house? Probably not, but I suggest that you add the phrase in parentheses just to make sure.
