Respectively

Hi, I need some help here.

I want to write an email to all my teammates(Mike, Alan, Michelle and Jade) for chasing some feedback from their client / clients, with the following list, can I write " Dear all, Please chase your clients for the feedback respectively." ? We will get only one feedback from each client, so I should say "feedback" instead of "feedbacks", right? I add " respectively" at the end, because I want them to chase their own client/clients, Is this the right word
  • Mike - Hallmark
  • Mike - Nike
  • Alan - DHL
  • Alan - Walmart,
  • Michelle - Best Buy
  • Jade - FedEx

I'd say, "Please chase your respective clients for their feedback(s)."

I think of "feedback" here as uncountable. I believe "feedback," like "input," may be either countable or uncountable. "Uncountable" seems a little more appropriate here, but either would work.

Feedback is uncountable here.

Respectively is unneccesary as you are telling them to contact their own clients and they know who they are. You should only use 'respectively' when you need to clarify something that might otherwise cause confusion. - to point out that the order of two 'lists' relate and are important.

I agree that in the original post, it wasn't necessary, but the word itself does serve a useful purpose in many situations. (In other words, it's not just window dressing.)
