Respect on human

Question

I am an Architect. As a cultivated man, I respect all status of people. But occasionally as a normal human being I used to get irritated by the people because of their peculiar behaviors, when I meet them again I can feel the difference in treating them myself.

It would be great if anybody suggest me to handle these kinds of situations

To ignore the irritated people is to get irritated still but to give love from your heart to them is compleatly fisnished your irritation.
