Can you say?

1 I'll respect your decision no matter what your decision is.

Can you say "hear a draft/draught"

1 Both windows were open and you could hear the draft. (the wind)

Can you use DELAY like this?

1 The terrorist primed the bomb but at the last minute tried delaying the timer so as to gain some time.
