Resignation Letter

This is to bring to your attention that I was sceptical about the discouraging hije even though have shown my 100% commitment & dedication, but was at least expecting the arrears which you owe me. I was surprised to see one month hike last month and brought this to the notice of HR, she mentioned need to raise this concern to the reporting manager on 15th dec, 2017. I was waiting for an update from management from last 3 weeks with no commitment yet, I feel so depressed and used here this kind of response and treatment. I m not able to concentrate on work nor getting interest to work without any recognition and mis- communication, management & disrespect to the employee showing interest to work and continue with.

Due to the above reasons, I decided resign my current duties, please treat this as my resignation and as I have been waiting for so long to get an update with no confirmation yet, please treat my resignation from 15yh Dec, 2017 and relieve me as early as possible.

Please can anybody check my grammar and sentence formation. And include following sentence to highlight the resignation "Not satisfied with the hike". where and how to include this sentence to show this is also main reason for my resignation. any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
