Residential and business building

Is there a word which means a building intended for living but which can have some firms in it? Is there such an expression?

Thank you

A mixed-use building has both residential and commercial tenants, but I can't say it is intended for residential use.

Yes, you can read about them here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-rise_building

A single-family dwelling does not work, neither does apartment building. These are exclusively residential.
