We will revert back to you on the company reporting pattern and the work schedules on receipt of your detailed resume with photograph. Please ensure you send in your photograph with resume. Company can provide Work Visas and Residency will be considered on high merits. The interview schedules will be intimated to you within 4-6 weeks from selection of your resume. The company will bear the cost of travelling to and fro by air, if selected for interviews.

No, not at all.
'Merit' means excellence, eg people who get very good marks at school or are very good at their job have merit.
