resgister newborn son town hall

Is this incorrect? You need to register the birth of your newborn son at the town hall where he was born.

[He's not born in a town hall but the hospital the town hall the hospital is closest to.]
[he's not born in a town hall but the hospital closest the town hall.]

Thanks

No, this would lead everyone to believe that he was indeed born in town hall. I think the following is much better. You need to register the birth of your son at the town hall located in the city where he was born.
