Hi.
What's the difference between being "reserved to" and "reserved by" someone?

. All rights, wither now existing or which may hereafter come into existence, not specifically
mentioned in this Agreement, are hereby reserved to and by the Proprietors for use and may not be
transferred without obtaining the previous written permission of the Proprietors.
