resent someone?

The situation is A left B behind and B got hurt unattended.
I want to say to A that B must be resenting you.
Is this proper expression?
I want to say it casually. So pleaee share your opinion on the proper usage. I have come up with several other options:
He must be not happy with your action that you had left him earlier.
He must have hard feelings on you.
He must have hard feelings against you.
He must blame you for your doing.
He must have resented you.

Also because of what happened to B, B is not seeing A since.

If there is any gramatical incorrectness, please let me know.
Thank you guys!

Thank you AlpheccaStars,
What i wanted to express was a feeling that is not angry but more of blaming someone.
I made up a situation and it was not clear.
Sorry.

Here is another example that I hope makes more sence; Ted and Joe attended a same high school and became friends. Ted was rich and Joe was poor. Ted had bad friends and naturally Joe got along with them, too. Howeve

Ted had bad friends and naturally Joe got along with them, too. However, Ted cut off his relationships with those bad guys and studied hard to enter an university. On the other hand, Joe had been a good student before
