Resemble (does this only have to do with looks?)

Do you use resemble only when talking about looks or behavior as well?

Is this all natural?

The woman who resembles my wife most is her; in the way she talks and acts but also the way she looks. She’s the person that makes me think of my wife most.

Many thanks
