Like if my habits and his habits are the same, can we say, 'he resembles me.'? Or resemble means all about looks? Like looking similar to each other? Thank you.

Adding to Mister Micawber's answer: Without further context, he resembles me would be taken to mean he looks like me. If you have some other characteristics in mind, you would need to make this clear.
