Thanks for your comments. I have tried to rewrite the sentences.

3- About one-fifth of X in the UK used Z as well as journal articles. Is this what you mean?

- In addition to journal articles, about one-fifth of X in the UK used infroamtion available on the internet.

4- Xs were not assessed because of the time pressures of busy general practice.

Hi Clive,

In the survey, I had measured a few indicators. However, I did not measured one indicator (X) as I assumed it was rarely used by GPs because they always busy.In this case, I think it was not appropriate for me to say they were busy as that was only my assumption.
