Research tools to find references to a certain book?

I read an interesting book and want to find how other authors may have built upon (or critiqued) its ideas, so I'm looking for books (or journal or magazine articles) that reference this book. Are there websites or research tools that allow me to do this? I've used generic search engines (e.g. Google) but they don't do what I'm asking.
