Rescheduling of vacation
Subject: Rescheduling of vacation leave from October 10th 2011 to 20th October
Due to chairman’s frequent visit to Desert Palace and my duties and responsibilities certainly make my holiday worthless, I feel constrained to postponed my vacation that already set on October 10th 2011
Therefore I would like to draw your attention that I will delay 10 days more my vacation that set on above mention date and I decided my next schedule on 20th /October 2011
Hoping this request will merit your kind consideration and approval earlier the date mentioned
