I am sending the draft letter of requst.pls correct it & if u find to change anything you can change it accordingly,waiting for ur reply.my alternative email ID is (*)
Dear Sir,
This letter is to notify you that i an 2 months pregnant.My request is that please allow me to leave early at 5:30 pm from office so that i can avoid the crowd of bus & train while returning home.in morning i can come at 9:30 where as the office starts from 10:00 am.
