Requesting my interest amount to be adjusted to edn loan

hi i want to write a letter to a bank saying dat my myself shashikala has an account of fixed deposit in sbi bank i have a fixed deposit of 4 lakhs i would be getting interest of 4 lakhs that interest should be adjusted to 3lakhs where my son has applied for an education loan in the year of 2007-2009
