Requesting for fastest release of certificate of grades

Hi, can you help me to construct a letter. What you suggest, my dad should write a letter or I? Is there will be removed or reconstruct? Hepl me. Thank you. Here's my thought,
To whom it may concern,
I, Jose Park, father of Hana Park, second year, taking up of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Requesting to process immediately her school credentials, like Certificate of Grades, Transcript of Record and Good moral certificate. You give us 30 days to process our request documents. instead of 30 days can I request for 20 days. Please extend your consideration. Thank you.
