Request with modal verb

Hello,

1. Can you please check the figures?

2. Could you please check the figures?

3. Would You please check the figures?

These sentences need to put in ascending order based on being most formal to least formal.

I think 3 , 2 ,1 ( most formal , less formal, least formal --- in this context)

Could anyone please correct it?

If we could say polite English is more formal than the less polite version, I would say #3 and #2 are more formal than #1.
