Request using "Have"

Hi all,

Can someone please help me figure out which is the correct sentence out of the following two:

1)Please have them add this to their To-do list for next meeting
2) Please have them added this to their To-do list for next meeting

Also, what do we call these type of sentences when we cause someone else to do their job using "Have"? I guess they are called 'Causative Verbs'.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Jalpaan
