please help me out i wnat to write a letter to HONDA company for replacment of a vehical that has been purchased at 20-05-2005. But that car has some manufacturing faults like its roof is leaking and water is seeping from below. its brakes are also not working properly and making great noise.

please send me some good format to write this letter ASAP
