Request to add Mr.Deepak name

Please help me to edit and correct this letter

Reference to your letter ------ dated 23/may/2011, with regard certification training on ADCJ course for Mr Tom, since Mr.Tom is already holding ADCJ certificate he need not to take any course ADCJ.

But ADCJ has asked the company to request in wrting to include Mr.Tom name in ADCJ
