Request p45 from ex employer
My new employee didnt request her p45 to be forwarded to her and informed them that her new employer would get in touch with regard to where to send the document. Please could you suggest a concise letter template.

I’m uncertain to whom you are referring as “them” and what the ‘template’ is to cover. uk/paye-forms-p45-p60-p11d/p45 explains that the P45 is provided by your employer when you stop working for them; and that it shows how much tax you’ve paid on your salary so far in the tax year (6 April to 5 April); and that the form has 4 parts. Part 1 goes to HM Revenue, parts 2 & 3 are to be given to your new employer, and the employee retains Part 1A.
