Request or Requests (Wedding Invitations)

Hi

I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me which is correct.

Mrs Jones requests the pleasure of the company of......

Or, Mrs Jones request the pleasure of the company of....

Trying to finalise the wedding invitaions, and can't decide which one is correct.
