This is my transfer order email-

As per Management decision you are hereby transferred from Chittagong to Mymensingh as Zonal Co-Ordinator w.e.f.01.04.18.You are instructed to handover your current charge to Mr.Easin Bhuiyan(ID-20070309),Zonal Manager,Eastern Zone and report for duty to Mymensingh SPD Office on or before 01.04.18.
Your new N-1 will be Mr.Pulak Debnath(ID-20070308),Zonal Manager,Central Zone w.e.f.01.04.18.
But sir i need two days later join as per month closing trying goal target achieved purpose.
how can i write this request please help me sir
