Dear Sir or Madam,

First of all, I would like to introduce myself to you. I am from Vietnam and a businessman of motorbikes. As you know that Vietnam is one of the countries to use most motorbikes in the world, so I would like to participate in the work-related seminar in your country.

In a month ago, I read a newspaper for the motorbike business seminar. Generally, I experienced for it very fast, but on that day, especially I read that newspaper slower than usual. I very like the purpose of the seminar. I decided to join it to improve myself. Now I write this letter to you, the person in charge of the seminar, and ask for detailed information as dates, program, accommodation and cost because I will have a holiday in next two months participating in the seminar.

I do hope that you receive and answer early. I will book a plane ticket to your country to attend the seminar on that date.
