Request letter for No Objection for Traffic management

hi every one....

this is my first post and i like this form very much..its very helpfull form..please i need help to write a NOC letter from my sponor to traffic managment ? beacause my sponsor told me to write it and he will sign it .. the letter abt my sponsor doesn't has any objection if i apply for a driving license...please help me
