Dear Respected Sir, I have been employed by this company since Feb 2012 as an Sr. Instrument Technician, today I have completed 06 years at same position, during that period I have discharged my duties to the best of my abilities. I have been dedicated and diligent. I now humbly request you to grant me family status. I’m staying with family since April 2013 on my own expense. But now a days it’s very difficult to manage. I hope you will take a favorable view and be generous in recognizing and rewarding my merit. Thank you very much for your consideration of my request. Yours sincerely,
